There was a short struggle in the room when the room and duct tape was brought in. Adam and Cordelia were tied to one end of the bed with rope and the duct tape spread over their mouths. Cordelia sighed when they left Adam and Cordelia alone again.

Oh God, she thought. I so should've come up with a Plan B.

I gotta go to the bathroom. Adam thought.

There was a flash of lights coming from acros the lake. It was Phoebe. Cordelia kicked Adam in the leg and pointed her head into the direction of the window. He rolled his eyes and let out what seemed to be a sigh.

They were trapped and Phoebe could be in danger too.

What have I got us into? Cordelia thought to herself.

Unknowingly, Gerard saw the flash of lights too and headed back up to the room to question his so called wife.

The door bursted open, scaring the shit out of Cordy and Adam.

"Who the hell is that?" Gerard screamed, looking out at the other side of the lake seeing to figures on the other side looking at them.

Gerard ripped the duct tape off of both of there mouths.

"Who is that?" Gerard said lowering his tone.

"I-I don't know." Cordelia whispered with a tear rolling down her cheek. That duct tape really hurt.

"I gotta pee." Adam said crossing his legs.

"Of course you do." Gerard sighed. He untied Adam and called up Frank to take Adam to the bathroom. "Don't let him out of your sight."

Gerard, then, sat on the bed next to Cordy and laid his head on her shoulder.

"You really disappointed me, love." he whispered while placing his hand on her stomach.

"I know." she choked.

"I love you. You know that, right?"

" I-I don't know."

"What do you mean you don't know?" He said lifting up his head and looking into her eyes.

"If...if you really loved me, you won't be doin this to me."

"If I didn't love you, I wouldn't be doin this to you." Gerard replied with a sharp tone.

"That doesn't make any sense!" Cordelia sobbed. "You love me, I get that, okay. But if you truely loved me, you would've left me alone the first time I told you."

"But if I didn't, you wouldn't be pregnant and I would've gone fuckin crazy!"

"You already have gone fuckin crazy, Gerard. Did you ever think that your love for me was just lust? Nothing more?"

"No, I truely love you." He replied.

"I know you like that girl, Celeste. She's gorgeous and she's so your type." Cordelia stated.

"So are you."

"No, I'm not, Gerard. You've got to let me go."

"I can't, Cordelia. You are my one true love and I will never let you go." Gerard started to sob.

"You've got to...and can you please untie me, these ropes hurt." Cordelia asked.

Gerard untied her carefully. She clutched her wrists. They made red marks circling her wrists.

"Cordelia," Gerard sighed. "I want to be with you forever."

"Gerard, you....you scare me. Sometimes you get so angry and..."

"I know. But I can change."

"No, Gerard. I don't think you can change." She whispered.

"I want to raise this baby with you. And create a special place in my heart for her, like I did for you." Gerard romantically whispered while touching her face.

"You already have a special place in my heart and so will the baby. But how do you know that our love is true love? How do you know that there isn't someone else out there that will give you more love than I can...that I did."

"I-I don't know." Gerard said.

"I like Adam. And I know you like Celeste. Ask her out but not in your creepy way. Talk to her and get to know her. Be your none creepy self. Will you give it a try?" Cordelia smiled.

"I don't know...I guess. But will I be allowed to see my baby?" Gerard asked.

"Of course."

"Can I have one last kiss?" Gerard grinned.

"Ummm...okay."

Cordelia and Gerard leaned and kissed. She tried to pull away after a couple seconds but he wouldn't let her go. He finally pulled away after a couple minutes.

"Sorry, I love your lips." Gerard complimented.

The door opened and Frank and Adam walked through.

"What took you so long?" Gerard asked.

"Adam tried to run." Frank sighed.

"You better hope that nobody saw you." Gerard said angrily.

There was a few moments of awkward silence but a ruckus downstairs soon fixed that.

"Cordelia! Adam!" Phoebe yelled from downstairs.

"Fuck." Adam and Cordelia sighed in unison.

Cordelia and Adam sat silent for the longest time. Being held hostage is not fun at all. They heard a noise from downstairs and many chatter too. The guys must of came.

They heard footsteps from down the hallway, leading them to the very room where Cordy and Adam was. In walked Gerard, Mikey, Frank, Ray, and Bob. They stood right in front of the kinapee's, staring at them like they were thinking about something.

"What should we do with them?" Bob asked, breaking the unforgetful silence.

"I don't know," Gerard breathed. " Cordelia is my wife and happens to be pregnant and Adam is my friend who happens to be a huge rock star. We can't kill them and we can't keep them."

"So, we just let them go?" Ray questioned.

"No," Gerard replied. "We keep 'em for awhile then decide what to do."

They all walked out after a few minutes of talking, leaving Cordelia and Adam unwatched.

"Is there any way to get out of here?" Adam asked.

"The balcony, I think it has steps that lead down to the yard." Cordelia said.

"We have to wait for the right moment though. They'll be back."

"We should leave before they get back, though. I would be smarter."

"But, Cordelia, you're pregnant. We can't risk them catching us trying to escape and risk them hurting the baby." Adam stated wisely.

"Oh, but we can."

"What?"

"The code that me and the girls made up, was a code to escavate our plan to trick Gerard into leaving me." Cordelia tried to explain.

"How would you do that? Gerard's a tough cookie to crack." Adam said.

Cordelia's voice came into a whisper.

"We know the girl that Gerard likes. We talked to her yesterday, she likes him too. And if we can bring them together, maybe he'll leave me alone...for good." Cordelia whispered.

"How do you know that it'll work?"

"It has too. It has to work. If they like each other, then Gerard can date her and stuff and get her pregnant and leave me and my baby alone."

"It's not gonna be that simple. He's not goin to forget that he has a daughter."

"He doesn't have to forget. He'll just have to stay away, that's all." Cordelia reassured.

"So, how does your little plan work?" Adam asked.

Cordelia smiled. At least Adam's willing to go through with the plan even if it doesn't work, right?

"The girls are gonna brwak into the house and find us. And the girl Gerard likes, uh Celeste, will knock on the door and distract him while we escape." Cordelia explained.

"That's it?" Adam asked.

"Yup, that's it."

"And you're sure that it's gonna work?" he asked more thoroughly.

"No, I hope it works and if it doesn't, we'll just have to think of a plan B."

"So when are they goin to get here?"

"Soon, hopefully."

After Cordelia said that, the door bursted open and Gerard was standing at the opening.

"When who's goin to get here?" Gerard asked.

"Um, no one." Adam said trying to cover up their little conversation.

"I don't believe you. I know you called somebody. Phoebe, perhaps?"

"N-no...I didn't call anybody. I swear." Cordelia stuttered.

"I don't believe either of you. You're both just a big disappointment," Gerard sighed. "Frank bring the ropes and the duct tape."

Okay...I'm posting the first chapter of my new fanfic...tell me what you think!!

What drives a man to kill? Is it revenge, vengeance, or just for sport?

A hospital crawling with doctors, nurses and patients all about to be diminished one-by-one by a masked murderer. Who would be demented enough to kill hundreds of innocent people, hundreds of men, women, and children? What man could posses such a power to do so?

A man named Aaron Wardley. Aaron, who grew up in the small town of Rickett's Glen, was beaten by his father growing up. He watched his father go to jail for the murder for his mother and sister. Aaron never trusted anyone. He always thirsted for blood and revenge. He wanted revenge against the world and he would kill anyone for the satisfaction of the sport.

He was sentenced to death for the great massacre. Over 200 counts of first, second, and third degree murder.

The hospital has been abandoned for over 65 years. Legend has it, that Aaron Wardleys spirit never left the hospital and all of the innocent spirits trapped with him. He haunts the hospital waiting for an innocent to croos his path, for him to add another spirit to his collection.

No one ever makes it out alive.

Gerard started driving, driving in a familiar direction.

"Where are we goin?" Adam asked him.

"Cordelia knows. Don't you?" Gerard questioned his wife.

"The house by the lake. The one you bought for you and me." Cordelia replied. She knew that he was going to bring them there. She counted on it. All she needed to do was to call the girls.

Cordelia clutched onto Adam hand. She was a bit scared. She didn't know what exactly he would do or how he would react.

"Adam," Cordelia whispered in his ear. "I'm a little scared."

"It's gonna be okay. Don't worry. I won't let him hurt you or the baby." Adam whispered back.

They had reached the lake house in a matter of minutes. They slowed down in front of the house. Gerard turned the engine off and paused for a moment.

"Get in the house, now." He said in a soft but firm voice.

Adam and Cordelia did what he said and made their way into the house with Gerard following behind them. Gerard had led them to bedroom, locking them in it and calling his little gang.

"Adam, do you have your cell phone?" she asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"I need to a call. Can I borrow it?" she questioned.

"Um, yeah." Adam reached into his pocket and pulled out his cell phone. He had turned it off during the date so he had to turn it back own. Adam handed her the phone.

Cordelia dialed Phoebe's cell number and waited for an answer.

"Hello?" Phoebe greeted.

"Phoebe, it's me."

"Cordy? Who's phone are you on?"

"Adam's. Look, I don't have a lot of time. Gerard kidnapped us. It's a code black. Our code black. We're at the lake house. I got to go. Get help."

Cordelia quickly hung up the cell and handed it back to Adam.

"You have a code?" he asked.

"Yeah, he kidnapped us before." Cordelia said.

"Oh, wow. I never knew he was capable of that." Adam said.

"Neither did I, until he kidnapped me."

"I can't believe you're goin on a date with Adam Lazzara!" Phoebe gasped.

"Yeah, aren't you afraid that Gerard will go all psycho and try to get you back or something?" Sheila asked.

"I don't really care anymore. Well, I do but I got to learn to live a life and make one for me and my baby. And besides, it's one date. What's he gonna do about it?" Cordelia replied while trying to fit herself into an old dress.

"Well, he could kidnap you again. He's never gonna let you go." Rose said.

"Adam told me that he had his eye on some chick in town that looks like me a bit. And maybe I can convince to let me go and move on."

"Cordelia, sweetie, you're pregnant with his daughter. He's never gonna let you go!" Phoebe wisely stated.

"I'll let him see her every once in a while but I'm gonna have to be there so he doesn't kidnap her." Cordelia remarked.

"Or you could just not let him see her." Sheila suggested.

"No, he'll get angry. Maybe he'll let you get full custody of her and have a baby with that other girl." Rose said.

"Maybe..."

The door bell rang. Adam was way early.

"Gah! Phoebe, go downstairs and tell him to wait! I still have to do my hair!" Cordelia gasped.

It had taken Cordelia nearly half an hour to do her hair nicely and to get it to what shs called "perfect."

Cordelia headed downstairs wearing a shortish black dress, with army boots and a pocket book. her hair was in a clip and sprayed back. She had purple eye shadow on with a light pink blush and gloss. Her fingernails were painted black which complimented her perfect porcelian skin.

"Wow." Adam said when he saw her coming.

"Wow back." Cordelia replied.

"You look hot." Adam blushed.

"Yeah, no one can tell that I'm nearly six months pregnant." Cordelia smiled.

Adam handed her a beautiful bouqet of Lily's and Daphadils.

"Aww...thanks you! They're so beautiful!" she gasped.

Cordelia quickly put the flowers in a vase and hurried out the door with her date. Adam had driven her to a local french resturant. He had reserved the two of them a table near a big window, overlooking the lake that a short while away from the resturant.

They ordered the same appetizer, entree, and dessert. It was uncanny how much they had in common. They both loved the same music and bands. They both love to be funny every now and then (though Adam is a goof ball). And they both love surprises.

Adam and Cordelia talked for hours and hours not knowing that they were being watched a man that they both knew and had some sort of relationship with. Not knowing that he was plotting something against them. He felt hurt. One of his best friends was on a date with his pregnant wife. Who could blame him? I would be pissed too.

Gerard knew somewhere in his heart that he needed to let Cordelia and the baby go. That he should move on and find someone else to love and sare a relationship with like the way Adam asked out Cordelia. But he's too demented to let her be.

Adam and Cordelia left the resturant, laughing, five minutes before the resturant closed.

"I have a big surprise for you!" Adam said cheerfully.

"Really? What is it?" Cordelia chuckled.

"This!" Adam laughed, wrapping his arms around her.

"Hey! No fair! That was a surprise hug! I wasn't ready!" Cordelia sneered.

"Well, I told you it was a surprise." Adam snickered.

"Can we try again?I wanna be ready this time." Cordelia grinned.

"OKay."

Adam wrapped his arms around her as she wrapped her arms around him, smiling to herself. She liked him, she liked him a lot. Cordelia looked up at him and stared into his beautiful eyes as he stared back at her. Their lips moved closer to each other until they crashed upon one another. They parted seconds later, leaving Adam and Cordelia smiling at each other.

"Wow." Adam laughed nervoulsy.

"Yeah, you're a great kisser."

"So are you."

"It doesn't bother you that I'm pregnant?" Cordelia asked him.

"You're asking me now?" Adam asked.

"Yes."

"Well, if you must know. It doesn't bother me at all." Adam answered, pushing the loose hair out of her face.

"Well, would you look at that," a voice said within the shadows. "My best friend and my wife kissing each other. How nice."

"Gerard?" Adam said.

"Yup, I can't believe that I trusted you. Hitting and my wife and and kissing her? How could you? And you, Cordelia, you're pregnant with my baby and you're married. Is this how you treat all the guys you love?" Gerard questioned.

"Gerard..."

"No, no. I don't wanna hear anything from you ,Cordelia. You broke my fucking heart."

"I heard about that girl. Why can't you just let me go and go after her?"

"I have my reasons."

"Gerard, I really really like Cordy and she's amazing and you need to ley her go dude. Do you know what you're doin to her?" Adam commented.

"Just shut up, Adam." Gerard paused for a moment. "Get in the car. Both of you, in the car."

"What Gerard, No!" Cordelia gasped.

"Now!"

Cordelia, Phoebe, Cordy's mom, Sheila, and Rose drove down to the local Beanery to "discuss" their plan.

"So, we all know what to do," Cordelia started. "Don't mess up and don't worry. I may be pregnant but I know what I'm doin. He won't hurt me."

"How do you know that he's gonna take you back there? Gerard is full of surprises." Phoebe stated.

"Oh, I think I know him way better than you do. Trust me, he'll bring me back there."

"Yeah, she does know him better. You know, she saw his..."

"Phoebe! Shut Up!!" Rose said in Cordelia's defense.

"Thank you, Rose. At least someone stays on topic." Cordelia chuckled.

"I don't know about this, sweetie. I don't want to risk potientally losing you AND the baby." Her mother exhibited with worry.

"It's gonna be okay, mama. If Gerard really wants me and my baby, he won't hurt me." Cordelia tried to reassure.

"There's no need to worry. Cordy here knows what she's doin. And plus, if something goes wrong we can blame her." Sheila laughed.

"Thanks Sheila," Cordelia commented sarcastically. "Okay, we need to come up with a code word. Something that we can all remember."

"How about psycho?" Phoebe suggested.

"Good, but we need something better." Cordy's mom said stepping in.

"Yeah, like....uhhh....'Shopping'..." Rose smiled.

"How 'bout 'Black'? We all like that color." Sheila said.

They all agreed to the code word and their plan. All they need is for Gerard to make his move.

The telephone rang and Mrs.Wyatt picked up.

"Cordelia. It's for you." She said.

"Who is it?" Cordelia asked.

"Some guy named Adam." Her mom replied.

"What why is he calling?"

"Why don't you ask him."

Her mom handed her the phone and walked into the living room.

"Hello? Adam?"

"Hey Cordelia." Adam talked in a nervous voice.

"Um, what do you want?" Cordelia asked, smiling.

"I just wanted to see how you're doin and stuff." He replied.

"Right...well, I'm fine and stuff. The baby's good and healthy."

"Good, good. Are you still with Gerard?" Adam asked.

"Well, I'm hoping that he moves on. I'm starting to think that my love for him was just lust." Cordelia answered.

"Oh, yeah. Lust after the psycho stalker guy."

"It's not my fault. He....well....I don't know. He's sexy in his own way." Cordelia stated, wishing that she didn't say that to Adam Lazzara.

"Wow, so am I sexy in my own way?" Adam giggled.

"Well, yeah."

"So, since I'm sexy....would you like to go out with me sometime?"

Cordelia's eyes bulged out of her head and her jaw dropped to the ground and nothing seemed to come out of her mouth.

"W-what?" She choked.

"You know, go out on a date. Get to know each other and stuff." Adam explained.

"But me and Gerard are married. There's no way that he'll let us go out. He'll go serioulsy psycho." Cordelia whined.

"I think he'll let us go out." Adam smirked though she couldn't see it.

"Why?"

"Because he had his eye on another girl in town. She looks a lot like you and she isn't the type of girl to run from Gerard. He denies that he likes her but I know better."

"But does he still want my baby?"

"Well, the baby is his too. He won't forget that easily. I mean your his wife and you're carrying his kid. He's gonna hold on for a while unless you really convince him otherwise."

"Well, I think I can convince him. Maybe I'll ley him see her sometimes and and...you know.... maybe we can get divorced or never speak of the marriage again?"

"Maybe...ummm...I got to go right now. But I need to know if you will go out with me tomorrow night." Adam repeated.

"Yes...Um, yes I'll go out with you." Cordelia replied without thinking.

"Okay, so I'll see you tomorrow night at 7?" he asked.

"Uh yeah."

"Bye." Adam said hanging up the phone.

"I'm going out with Adam Lazzara." Cordelia whispered to herself.

 teehee Adam Lazzara...he so funny!

haha...i had so much fun!!! and i got really wet....the lodge was great...i went on so many waterslides and ate so much food and candy...and there was alot of hott guys there (haha)....this is random but there were shiny lights over some rooms and me and deanna thought that they were the honey moon suites and whenever the lights were on...well, we thought that something was goin on in the room...we were right! we walked by one night and heard strange noises!!!...lol....I fell of one of the waterslides as we were coming down and i hurted myself...lol...but it was funny

I started singing as i was goin down the most scariest ride and people were lookin at me so weirdly...and me and my friend jess were dared to skip down a hallway while going "la la la" and we did and so many people came out of their rooms and gave us strange looks...

this morning (before we left) i went on the slides on last time and as i was coming out of one...i hit a life guard...lol...i felt so bad!

"Mama!" Cordelia said pacing her way to the living room.

"You look so cute in that shirt!" Cordelia's mom complimented.

"Mama, he found me again." Cordelia whimpered, giving her mother the necklace and the note to read.

Taylor (her mom) read the note but did not seemed troubled by it.

"I wouldn't worry about it, sweetie," Taylor said to her daughter. "It doesn't seem like he's gonna be around any time soon."

"You don't know him the way I do, mama. He's gonna come back and he's gonna want me and the baby."

"Mrs. Wyatt...I mean Taylor....Gerard is capable of a lot of things. He...he could kidnap all of us again...he...he can murder us all and no one will ever know it." Phoebe stated.

"How can one man be capable of anything like that?" Taylor questioned.

"He has his friends and his connections. He knows everywhere I am and everywhere I've been. He could be out there right now listening to us. Mama, I got to go again." Cordelia sobbed.

"No, Cordelia, no." Taylor said.

"But why?!" Cordy cried.

"Because you've got to stand up to him. You can't just leave everytime you find a note in your room. You got to fight. It's gonna be hard, hunny, but you've got to try."

"But mama..."

"No. No but's. What's gonna happen when this baby is born? You can't pick up and leave everytime he tries to see her. It's....be prepared. Be prepared for whenever he comes back."

Cordelia thought for a moment. Trying to decide whether or not is was worth to stay or leave. Gerard frightens her but she loves him. Or does she?

Her mom was right, though. She can't leave everytime he leaves a note for her.

"Okay. I'll stay." Cordelia sighed.

"But Cordelia..." Phoebe pleaded.

"No, my mom is right. I can't just leave evrytime he comes around. I've got to fight."

"Are you sure?" Rose stepped in.

"Yeah, I'm sure," Cordelia paused then a smirk danced over her face. "We've got to come up with a plan for whenever he comes around. But we'll have to do it somewhere else."

"Mom, we're home!" Cordelia shouted as the girls walked through the door with arms full of bags full of baby supplies.

"Okay! I'm coming!" Cordy's mom said walking down the stairs.

"Hi Mrs.Wyatt." Phoebe, Rose, and Sheila greeted when they saw her.

"Now how many times do I have to tel lyou girls to call me Taylor?" she laughed.

"Like a bajillion times." Rose replied.

"Mama, we got supplies for the baby." Cordelia smiled as she set down her bags.

"Well, we'll have to set up the baby's stuff in her room before she's born." her mom said.

"Yeah, I can't believe my baby is gonna sleep in the room I used to sleep in as a baby."

"Well, let's go put her stuff away and then I'll make some tea."

"Okay mama."

The ladies brought the bags up to the baby's room and set them by the closet. they headed down stairs to make some tea.

"Oh, I'm gonna go put on the Slipknot shirt I bought today." Cordelia said grabbing the shirt out of the bag and heading towards her room.

Cordelia slipped on her new t-shirt and looked at herself in the mirror. She was staring at her belly, imagining what her daughter was going to look like and act like. And wondering if she was going to be as psychoic as Gerard.

Cordelia noticed something glistening on her bed. It was the diamond necklace that Gerard gave to her months ago. She left it at Phoebe's house that night she left to go live with Rose.

"What the hell?" Cordelia thought.

There was a note attached saying:

"You left this at Phoebe's house a couple months ago. Give this to our daughter when she's born. I love you, Cordelia, and I want you back. Remember that.

Don't worry, I'm gonna finish "A Kind of Love to Die For"....but I've been getting a lot of new ideas for a new fanfic...and one idea keeps popping up in my head...so, I'm gonna describe my idea to you guys and can you please tell me if it's a good idea or not?

Okay, here it goes:

Two teenagers in High School (Darla and Gerard) absolutely HATED each other ever since kingergarten. Darla's best friend (Piper) and Gerard's best friend (Frank) decided to go out with each other but they knew that their best friends would be against it and fued even more with each other. So, Piper and Frank decided that their was only one way for them to get a long with each other and that was to trap them both together for a long period of time. Somewhere dark and creepy. Darla and Gerard never backed down from any dare so when their best friends dared them to spend two days in the haunted hospital outside of town, they agreed. the catch was was that they couldn't leave the sight of one another for more then 5 minutes.

But, would they survive the hospital trip? Or will the ghosts find a way to make their stay permenant? Will they ever get a long with each other? Or will they never see their best friends again?

This is my idea...I don't know if I'll write it or it was just a crazy idea...If I do decide to write it, don't be surprised. Please tell me what you think!!=P

"Oh, hi Cordelia." Adam smiled.

"Hi...Ummm...what are you doing here? Don't you have a concert or something tonight?" Cordelia asked.

"Yeah, down at the Keswick. I got bored so I came here and stuff...." Adam said trailing off.

"Yeah, right." Cordelia commented.

"I am, seriously."

"Uh huh. Did Gerard send you here?" Cordelia questioned.

"N-no." Adam stuttered.

"Seriously Adam. Did he send you here to stalk me or or to keep an eye on me while I'm pregnant?"

"You're pregnant?" Adam asked.

"Don't act like you don't know and plus, you can see my belly. Look there's a baby inside." Cordelia pointed out with some serious attitude.

"Cordelia, I don't think he knows." Rose stated.

"Really? How can you tell?" Cordelia said sarcastically.

"He looks confused." Rose pointed out. And Adam did look confused, really confused.

"Oh. Umm, sorry Adam. I'm just a bit moody." Cordelia somewhat apologized.

"I can see that. Is the baby Gerard's?" Adam asked.

"Uh yeah." Cordelia blushed.

"Oh, well, good luck with that. I got to go. I have a concert tonight. Bye Cordelia. Bye girls." Adam  kissed her on the cheek and left.

Cordelia sighed after Adam left. She walked to look at the band t-shirts.

"Why do I always think that if I turn around, Gerard is gonna be there, waiting for me?" Cordelia sighed.

"Because he always is, hunny. I would be paranoid, too." Phoebe said trying to comfort her.

"I just want to forget him but I can't. I love him and I'm pregnant. Why doesn everything have to be so hard?" Cordelia whined.

"I know hunny, I know."

"Ohhh, I wanna buy this shirt!" Sheila randomly commented.

"Sheila!" Rose snapped.

"It's okay. It's a False Start shirt, I love them. And I had my eye on this Slipknot shirt since we came here last time." Cordelia grinned.

"This baby is gonna be a rock n' roll baby!" Phoebe cracked.

"Yes she is. Hopefully she'll love Slipknot." Cordelia chuckled as she headed toward the counter to buy the shirt.

"Maybe she will." Sheila said taking a spot behind Cordelia in the line.

"I just hope she's nothing like her father."

It's been five months since Cordelia left. She's living with her mother and Tess. Her father checks up on her every once in a while. He has to work a lot and doesn't have much time to spend with his pregnant daughter.

Phoebe, Rose and Sheila come up to visit her every once in a while, hoping that they hadn't led Gerard or the others to Cordelia. They visit on the 20th of every month and sometimes in between. Today was the day and Cordelia can't wait to see her best friends.

"Cordelia!!! It's me, Phoebe and Rose and Sheila!!!!" Phoebe said with lots of emthusiasm.

"Hey guys! I'm so glad to see you all! I've missed you so much!" Cordelia smiled as she opened the front door. She led her friends to the living room where they all sat down and chatted.

"You know, Cordy, we've all been wondering what you're gonna name the baby." Sheila commented.

"Well, I wanna name her something beautiful and strange. Well, not strange strange but something that not a lot of other kids are named."

"Like what?" Rose asked.

"Like Charisma or Valkyari or something like that." Cordelia grinned.

"Valkyari? How'd you come up with that?" Phoebe laughed.

"You know, the women who take the souls from great warriors and..."

"Train them to fight a great big battle that won't happen for thousands of years." Phoebe finished.

"Yeah....exactly." Cordelia smirked.

" Okay, I'm about to break the happy vibe in here with the question I'm gonna ask so brace yourselves okay?" Rose started. They all nodded and pointed their attention in her direction. "Um, what if Gerard finds out where you and the baby are? What are you gonna do?"

"Oh, tough question," Cordelia paused and then sighed. "I honestly don't know. Uh, well I might have to go to a shelter or get a myself a man to hang around here."

"Cordelia, you're married. And I know you love Gerard and that might make him a bit angry. But you got to do what's best for the baby." Sheila pointed out.

"I know and I hurt him a lot when I left but I've got to move on and live my life without him." Cordelia sighed again.

"Well, the baby has got to know who her daddy is, too you know." Phoebe said.

"I know. I will tell him everything she wants to know about him but if he finds us and wants to be in her life i've got to be with them. I don't want him goin psycho on her if I'm not there." Cordelia said starting to sob.

"Don't worry hunny. I don't think he will ever hurt her. And you should move on because you deserve it." Sheila said with a friendly smile.

"Thanks. Oh god, you're making me blush." Cordelia laughed as she turned her head to hide her red face.

"Okay, enough sad emotions. Let's go shopping!" Rose suggested.

"Only you Rose." Phoebe joked. "Only you."

"What? What does that mean?" Rose whimpered, scratching her head.

"It means, only you would suggest goin shopping at random sad moments." Sheila explained.

"Oh okay. Let's go. I know Cordy needs some baby supplies."

"OKay, mall time!"

They all left to head down to the local mall.

The mall wasn't as crowded as it usually was. The parking lot looked abandoned. It only had about 20 cars resting in it.

They headed towards Hot Topic (as usual) and found a strange surprise.

"Adam?"

Okay...this is weird...my arms is in serious pain and there's like a big bruise on it and i don't know where it came from...it wasn't there an hour ago...and there's a huge ass bruise on my knee and on my foot...where the hell am i getting all these bruises from?!

And i feel really sad again...my chest is killing me and i think I'm gonna go listen to MCR...they always help me....I'll be on later...I promise!!

arrggghhh...writers block again...okay so i know whats goin to happen in the ending of my fanfic...but the don't know how to  write the chapters in between...sometimes things just get so hard...hopefully my writers block goes away...I hate leaving you guys in suspense...well sometimes...lol

And they did leave. After Cordelia and Tess left the doctors office, they went back to Roses house and packed.

"Do you think this is a good idea?" Rose asked.

"Well, why shouldn't I leave? I mean, I can deliver the baby safely and Gerard won't go all psycho on me while I'm still pregnant." Cordelia said.

"But the results didn't get back yet." Sheila reminded her.

"That's why when the resluts come, I want either one of you guys to call my mom, okay? And if my dad picks up, ask for Taylor, that's my mom's name okay?"

"Oh, fine. But do we tell her everything?" Phoebe questioned.

"Yes, tell her everything. Tell her where I'm staying and who to call," Cordelia directed. "And if Gerard asks about me, just say I left and didn't come back and you don't know where I am."

"Okay hunny. I'm gonna miss you!" Phoebe whined.

"Us too!" Rose and Sheila sobbed in unison.

"You'll see me again, hopefully. Be good." Cordelia kissed goodbye.

As Cordelia made her way back to Tess's car, she had a gut feeling that someone was watching her. Listening to everything that she said. Cordelia shook off the feeling and left.

I can feel the warmth of his pale skin, caressing me,

as he wraps his muscular arms around me.

I can hear his heartbeat

as my head gently drops on his bare chest.

I can feel the pain in my heart

from where the knife cut through it

like scissors and paper.

And the blood, from which he stabbed me,

pouring out of my chest.

Tears pour out of my eyes.

Blood splatters all over the floor.

My pale skin streaked black

by running mascara.

My white dress now forever red

by blood.

He laid me on my deathbed

holding the murder weapon over my heart.

I’m unable to move.

I’m stiff from pain and heartache.

“I love you” he cries as the knife rips through

my chest.

More blood spills over my breast.

The last tear rolled down my cheek.

And with my last breath, I utter to him

“I love you, too.”   

Cordelia walked into the doctors office and sat on a chair next to the ultrasound. Seconds after she sat down a doctor and a nurse walked in.

"Cordelia?" the doctor said.

"Yes...hi..." Cordelia smiled.

"Hello, I'm December and this is Jamie. She's the nurse." December introduced.

"Hi."

"So, you're here because you took a pregnancy test and you wanted to see if it was accurate. Am I right?" December asked.

"Yes that's right." Cordelia replied.

"Was the test positive or negative?" the nurse Jamie asked.

"It was positive but you never know."

"Well, we're gonna make you take another pregnancy test and we'll use the ultrasound after you're done. Okay?" December said.

"OKay." Cordelia replied.

"Follow me then." Jamie smiled.

Cordelia took another pregnancy test that was more accurate the one she took before. She came back into the room and waited for the doctor.

Jamie walked in with a smile on her face and said, "December is gonna be in for a minute."

"Oh okay...ummm...do you know when I'll get the test results back?" Cordelia sked the nurse.

"Should be in a few days..." Jamie responded.

"Oh, cause my husband wanted to know the results today."

"Why don't you tell him the results would be in in a couple days."

"Well, he wanted to know today. You see, he's not that patient. He gets...moody...if you don't tell him right away." Cordelia tried to explain.

"Patience is a virtue." Jamie reminded her.

December walked and turned on the ultrasound.

"Jamie, could you get the gel?" December asked.

"Sure thing." Jamie said handing her the gel for the ultrasound.

"Okay, Cordelia, this might feel a little cold." the doctor warned.

The gel was cold. Cordelia shivvered a bit.

"Hmmm...right there. There's the baby." December pointed out.

"Why did you make me take another test if you could've just used the ultrasound?" Cordelia asked quite confused.

"Just precaution. Well, from the looks of it...you are pregnant. I'll still give you the results. Sometimes this damn machine picks up other things besides babies." December laughed.

'Um, so I still have to wait a couple days before I can actually say that I'm pregnant?" Cordelia questioned.

"Well, wait until you get the results. You wouldn't want to get somebodies hopes up know do you?"

"No," Cordelia sighed. "Not at all."

"Come in any time you want if you have any questions." December said.

"Okay, thank you December. Jamie. I'm sure I'll be back." Cordelia smiled.

Cordelia left and found Tess waiting outside by he car.

"So?" Tess said.

"Well, they gave me another pregnancy test and the ultrasound. On the ultrasound, it showed my baby but they gave me the test for precautions. I still have to wait a few days before I can say 'Look at me I'm pregnant'....Gerard is gonna flip if doesn't know the answer by today." Cordelia sighed.

"Well, then don't tell him." Tess suggested.

"It's not that easy, trust me," Cordelia looked up at the surrounding buildings and saw Gerard smoking in front of the convience(sp?) store. "Tess, I'll be back in a sec. I have to tell someone something."

Cordelia walked up to Gerard as he dropped his cigarette and crushed into the ground. the wind started to blow heavily as she approached him. It was starting to get a little chillier. Cordelia wrapped her arms around herself, trying to warm up.

"H-hi Gerard." Cordelia stuttered.

"Hey sweetie." He said kissing her on the cheek. Gerard took off his hoodie and wrapped it around his freezing wife. "What did the doctor say? You know about you being pregnant and all."

"Uhhh, well. She gave me an ultrasound and another pregnancy test. The ultrasound showed the baby but I still have to wait for the pregnancy test, you know, for precautions and stuff." Cordelia hesitated.

"But I want to know now." Gerard said sternly.

"I have no control over that Gerard. Goodness, why are you acting this way?"

"I can't wait for a few more days. I want to know now!" Gerard sighed.

"What's it going to be like if I am pregnant? Are you gonna yell at me because you want the baby to pop out because you can't wait for nine months? Jeez..." Cordelia complained.

"No. Cordelia, all i want to know is if you're pregnant or not. I know you have no control over it but I want to know now. Even if that means busting into that office and finding the results myself."

"Gerard..."

"No, Cordelia," he interupted. "I want you to tell your cousin that you'll meet her back at Roses house later...."

"Why? Why should I?" Cordelia asked abruptly.

"Because ma and you are going to go to another doctor, one that'll give us the results faster because I WANT TO KNOW NOW!!" Gerard hollered.

"You're acting crazy." Cordelia commented, distancing herself from him.

"I am Crazy! Remember?! I kidnapped you and God knows I can do it again!" Gerard threatened.

"I'm outta here." Cordelia said walking away.

Gerard grabbed Cordelia by the wrist and pulled her towards him. He pushed her up against the building wall, holding her tightly.

"I'm sorry I yelled at you like that. It's just that, I wanna know if we're gonna be parents...if we're gonna have a family." Gerard said stroking her face.

"Gerard, you're hurting my arm." She said trying to break free from his grasp.

Cordelia finally broke free and pushed him away from her. Cordelia ran to Tess's car and hopped in.

"What took you so long?" Tess asked.

"Gerard." Cordelia breathed.

"He was there?" Tess questioned.

"Yeah. He's going psycho. I mean going really psycho."

"Oh, well, let's get out of here then."

Tess (Cordelia's cousin) came to pick Cordelia up the next day to take her to the doctor's office.

"Heyy, Tess! I've missed you!" Cordelia said hugging her cousin.

"I've missed you too!" Tess replied.

"Okay, lets hurry cause I wanna find out if the test was accurate."

They hoped into Tess's car and rove off.

"So tell me about this Gerard character." Tess said.

"Well, he's really a sweet guy but he gets really psycho a lot which you know, scares me." Cordelia tried to explain.

"Umm, but didn't you say that you loved him?"

"Yeah but, I don't think I'm ready for that kind of relationship. I mean, I love him but everthings so confusing."

"What's confusing about it?" Tess asked.

"Well, how can I fall in love with him? I mean, he kidnapped me and forced me to marry him. He laft me for six months and came back. He took me out on a date and knocked me up. And he went all psycho on me yesterday because I didn't tell him right away that I thought I was pregnant," Cordelia paused and sighed. "I don't know Tess. It's just so confusing."

"I know sweetie, I know." Tess comforted.

They arrived at the doctors office twenty minutes after leaving Roses house. They were about fifteen minutes early and had to wait in the waiting room.

"I have to go to the bathroom. I'll be right back." Tess said heading towards the restrooms.

Another pregnant woman and her boyfriend sat next to her, also waiting to see the doctor.

"How long have you been pregnant?" Cordelia asked the woman.

"Six months." The woman replied.

"My name is Cordelia...ummm...can I ask you a question?" Cordelia asked.

"Ummm...sure. My name is Joanna and this is my boyfriend Matty." Joanna introduced.

"Hi....uhhh....*sigh*....this is gonna sound weird but is it hard being pregnant?"

"Well, what do you mean?" Joanna asked.

"Umm...you know finding the right maternity clothes, picking baby names, trying to put on a matching pair of shoes..."

"Well, it is somewhat hard but having someone to help you every step of the way makes it easier. But, I think that being a mother is harder than being pregnant."

"Yeah, it is gonna be hard being a mom. You're so lucky that you two have each other. It makes being a parent a lot easier." Cordelia smiled.

"Are you pregnant?" Matty asked.

"Well, I took a test and it was positive but I wanna see if the test was accurate, you know?" Cordelia said.

"Yeah, we know." Matty smiled.

"So where's the father?" Joanna asked.

Cordelia paused at that question. How was she going to answer it?

"Well, I don't know. I have to tell him the results after my appointment." Cordelia said trying to hide her red face.

"Heyy," Tess said sitting down. "Who's your friends?"

"Umm, Tess this is Joanna and her boyfriend Matty. Ummm....this is my cousin Tess." Cordelia introduced.

They all chatted for about another five minutes before Cordelia was called in.

"Well, I guess it's time to find out." Cordelia said getting up.

"Good luck." Joanna and Matty said in unison.

"Okay, but just for a few minutes." Cordelia said stepping outside on the porch.

"Um, Frank told me that he bumped into you at the store the other day and..."

"And all I did was buy some batteries and the girls bought some snacks." Cordelia interupted.

"No, he said that there was something else in the bag besides batteries." Gerard told her.

"Like what?"

"Like a pregnancy test," Gerard paused. "Is it true? Are you pregnant?"

Cordelia froze and wondered if she should tell him. She wondered how he would react if she told him yes or if she told him no.

"Cordelia," Gerard pleaded. "I need to know. Are you pregnant?"

Cordelia opened her mouth but nothing came out. She was looking for words but she couldn't find any.

Gerard took Cordelia by her arm and backed her up against the wall.

"Cordelia, tell me!"

"You're hurting me Gerard." Cordelia gasped.

"Just tell me! Are you pregnant?!" he said tightning his grip around her arm.

"The test was positive...but...but....I'm goin to the doctors with my cousin to see if it was accurate." Cordelia blurted out.

"When are you going to the doctors?" Gerard asked.

"Tomorrow."

"Good, good," Gerard said letting go of Cordelia's arm. "I'm sorry that I hurt your arm. I was just a little..."

"I know." Cordelia whispered.

"You've got to tell me these things, Cordelia. I deserve to know." Gerard said wrapping his arms around her, hugging her.

"I'm gonna stop by tomorrow after your appointment and I want to know the results." Gerard demanded.

"But what if they don't have the results right away?" Cordelia sobbed.

"Then we'll find out my way."

"All right. Cordelia," Phoebe said as they drove up the drive way to Roses house. "Go in there and take the test."

"Phoebe, I have to wait. I had sex with Gerard last night not a week ago." Cordelia said.

"So..." Phoebe sighed.

"Well, I'll wait a couple days."

"Fine, suit yourself."

                                              ***A Few Days Later***

"I feel sick." Cordelia said to the girls after walking out of the bathroom.

"Did you take the test?" Sheila asked.

"Yeah, I have to wait 3 minutes." Cordelia replied.

"You realize that if you are pregnant, you're gonna have to tell Gerard." Rose told her.

"I think he already knows." Cordelia said rolling her eyes.

"Huh?"

"When he was showing me that house, he showed me a room and said it would make a perfect room for a child." Cordelia explained.

"So...." Rose exaggrated.(sp?)

"Then we had sex. Do you see the connection?"

"Ohhhh...why?" Rose asked.

"Gerard's a psycho. And  he probably wanted to  keep me by getting me pregnant."

"Well, what if it was just a coincidence?" Sheila asked.

"Honey, it's Gerard no coincidence." Phoebe answered for Cordelia.

"Oh! The test is done!! Come check with me!" Cordelia begged the three.

They cautiously walked into the bathroom.

"That bastard...damn." Rose said.

"It's blue! I'm pregnant! Oh my goodness!" Cordelia gasped.

"Okay, um..we can handle this. Breathe, Cordelia, breathe." Phoebe said.

"I gotta call my cousin." Cordelia said walking out of the bathroom. She dialed her cousins number into the phone and waited for someone to answer.

"Hello?" said a voice at the other end.

"Tess? It's me, Cordelia." Cordelia sobbed.

"Oh hey Cordy. What's wrong?" Tess asked.

"I'm pregnant." Cordelia whined.

"Umm...oh...are you sure?" Tess questioned.

"I took a pregnancy test and it said I was and I've been felling sick these last couple of days."

"Okay, um...I'm gonna pick you up tomorrow. I have a friend who's a doctor and can make sure that you are pregnant or not, okay?" Tess suggested.

"Okay." Cordelia replied wiping tears from her eyes.

"Um, who's the supposed father?"

"Gerard."

"The guy who kidnapped you before? Why?" Tess asked.

"Yes and well, I kinda love him and everything happened kinda fast and, and I don't know."

"Um, Cordy stay calm. I'll pick you up tomorrow around twelve ish okay? I gotta go." Tess told her.

"Okay, bye Tess."

"Bye."

Cordelia hung up the phone and walked into the hallway. She heard a knock at the front door.

Cordelia opened the door and was utterly surprised by her visitor.

"Hey Cordelia."

"Um, Gerard...Hi..."

The ladies drove down to the local convience store. They parked and walked into the store.

"Okay, go find the pregnancy test, Cordelia. We'll be getting some food and soda's....okay?" Phoebe asked.

"Yeah, okay." Cordelia said. Cordelia looked around for the aisle that contained the test. She nade her way to the Health Care and Beauty aisle were she found a bunch of pregnancy tests. She looked at all of them to see which ones were more accurate.

Cordelia picked one and made her way to the check out counter. She handed the clerk her item and waited for her to ring it up.

"So, are you pregnant?" The clerk asked.

"I don't know, I might be." Cordelia blushed.

"You know, even if this test is negative, you should still go to the doctors office to be sure. Trust me, when I first got pregnant, the test said megative and nine months later...out pops little Andrew." the clerk suggested.

"Oh, thanks," Cordelia said. "My name is Cordelia. How many kids do you have?"

"I'm Aisling. I have two kids...Andrew and Mallorie." Aisling said pulling out a picture of her kids.

"They're so cute. You look really young for a mother of two." Cordelia commented.

"I'm twenty two. I had Andrew when I was 19 and I had Mallorie when I was 21."

"Wow, I'm only eighteen."

"Oh, you're really young," Aisling said ringing up the test. "That will be $6.95."

"Oh..uh...here you go." Cordelia said handing her a ten. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw a man approach the store. It was Frank.

"Oh! Oh!...um...can you pretend that I'm buying these batteries?" Cordelia asked the clerk.

"Um, okay, but why?"

"Because the guy that's coming in is one of the best friends of the guy that might have got me pregnant. He's gonna tell him."

"Okay," she whispered. "That's gonna be another $5."

"Oh, here." Cordelia gave her another five.

"Have a nice day ma'am," Aisling whispered. "Here, I don't usually do this but, here's my number if you ever need anything."

"Thanks. It was nice to meet you." Cordelia complimented.

"It was nice meeting you too." Aisling said starting to ring up Phoebe, Sheila, and Roses stuff.

Cordelia turned around and bumped into Frank.

"Hey Cordelia." he said.

"Hi Frank." she choked.

"Whatcha got there?"Frank asked.

"Oh, some batteries."

"Oh. I heard you had a nice time with Gerard last night." Frank smirked.

"Yeah, I had a very nice time. Uh, I got to go. It was nice seeing you again Frank." Cordelia said leaving the store.

"It was nice seeing you too, Cordelia," Frank said looking at Phoebe and the other two. "Hello ladies."

"Hi..."They all said in unison.

They found Cordelia waiting in the car. They hopped in and put they're "groceries" on the back of the car.

"Let's go." Cordelia sighed.

They drove home in anticipation of Cordelia taking the pregnancy test.

This was an actual coversation between my sister and her ex-boyfriend. She did try to strangle her on a bus while she was coming home from school.

Girls: If a guy starts to physically or emotionally abuse you...leave him. Don't let him touch you like that. If he really does love you, he wouldn't hit you.

Guys: Girls don't deserve that kind of relationanship. Even if they make you mad or have cheated on you, it's not right. It also might be that the girls are doing that to you. If thats so, leave them. YOu don't deserve that and they don't deserve it either.

I made this journal so that people are aware that there are relationships like that all over the world. And if you watch the news, it might result in death. My sister was lucky enough to get away from him and my mom was lucky enough to get away from my dad. If something like that happened to you or if you see it happeneing, report it. It's not right.

Cordelia lied in the bed next to Gerard who was sleeping. He looks so peaceful when he's sleeping. Cordelia moved closer to him and buried her face in his chest. Cordelia lifted her head to face Gerard. She kissed him on the lips. She had gotten up from the bed, put her clothes on and left.

She walked back to Roses house which took her hours and she was exhausted.

"Rose?" Cordelia shouted as she walked through the front door.

"I'm in the living room!" Rose shouted back.

Cordelia walked into the living room to find that Sheila and Phoebe were there too.

"Well, hi guys." She said.

"Where were you?" Sheila asked. "Rose was telling us that you guys went to the park and you went somewhere with Gerard and that you didn't come home."

"Well, Gerard kinda bought me and him a house and he wanted to show it to me after this amazing dinner that he planned for us in the park. And he kinda showed me around the house and we kinda had sex and stuff..."Cordelia explained.

"What?!" Phoebe said.

"You guys had sex?" Rose asked.

"Yeah...."

"Was he good?"

"Rose!" Phoebe gasped.

"What? I just wanted to know..."

"Whatever...but...you slept with him? Why?" Phoebe asked amazingly grossed out.

"I don't know. It kinda happened."

"Did you want it?" Sheila questioned.

"Yes! God! He didn't rape me or anything!" Cordelia blurted.

"Did he wear a condom?" Rose asked.

"Oh crap...."

 They walked into the house. It was a nice house. It was big and good to raise a family in.

"You want me to show you around?" Gerard asked.

"Ummm, sure." Cordelia replied.

"Okay, then follow me dollface."

They walked into a big room which looked to be the living room.

"Okay, this is the living room. See, there's a fireplace over there." Gerard pointed out.

After that, Gerard showed her the kitchen, dining room, the downstairs bathroom, the basement, sunroom, and the den.

"You ready for the upstairs?" Gerard asked.

"Ummm...okay." Cordelia blushed.

They headed up the stairs and entered a long hallway.

"This is a big house." Cordelia commented.

"Yeah, it is," Gerard smiled. Her took her hand and they headed up the hallway. He led her to the first room. " This is one of the guest bedrooms....or it could be a room for a kid or something."

"Yeah, it could." Cordelia blushed.

"This is the upstairs bathroom. It's nice, well, for a bathroom." Gerard said.

"It's nice...and big." Cordelia said looking around.

"Here, follow me...I'll show you the master bedroom."

She followed himdown to the other end of the hallway to the master bedroom.

"This would be our bedroom." Gerard smiled.

"Whoa...it's huge!" Cordelia said in astonishment.

It wasn't like the other rooms in the house. This room was actually fully furnished and painted a wonderful looking red. Cordelia explored the room and Gerard watched her, smiling. Cordelia was amazed of how wonderful it was. There was a balcony over looking the lake outside. It was an amazing sight to see.

"Gerard," she smiled. "This is a beautiful house."

Gerard approached her, pushing the hair out of her face. Moving closer to her and putting his arms around her.

"So, you like it?" he asked.

"Yes." Cordelia whispered.

Gerard passonately kissed her. He pulled away and looked into his loves eyes. Cordelia pulled him closer and kissed him like she had never kissed anybody before.

Gerard started kissing her neck and picked her up and sat her on the bed.

"Are you sure?" Gerard asked.

"Yes." Cordelia said pulling him down her, kissing him. Loving him.

"Oh, Gerard...it's lovely...quite lovely..." Cordelia  fluttered.

"I thought you would like it." Gerard smiled.

Gerard ahd prepared a picnic in the park. It was lovely. Right by the lake. It was such a romantic spot to be, especially at night.

The moonlight shined just perfectly over them. The stars were so bright and amazing to look at. Gerard led Cordelia to the table that he set up for them. He pulled out the chair so that she could sit.

"Gerard," Cordelia started. "I don't know what to say...I...I'm speechless."

Gerard smiled, but it wasn't a devious smile. It was a loved filled smile. Cordelia loved his new smile.

"I'm glad you like it, honey." he said.

"I guess I'm alittle under dressed though, right?" she laughed.

"I think you look beautiful."

Cordelia blushed. She had butterflies in her stomach. She wasn't afraid this time, she was just nervous.

They sat through dinner and chatted, they got to know each other like they were unable to before. Hours flew by and Cordelia started to yawn a little.

"I got one more surprise for you." Gerard said.

Cordelia's heart jumped when he said that. What could it be this time? What could be better than what he had already given to her.

"There," Gerard said as they approached the lake. "You see that house right there? I bought that for us."

"Gerard...I..."

"Cordelia, I already know what you're gonna say. All I can ask of you right now, is that you forgive me for what I did in the past. All I ever wanted was you." Gerard stated.

"I know but...I need to think about it." Cordelia replied to his statement.

"Would you at least check out the house with me? To see if you like it at least." Gerard asked.

"Okay."

"Close your eyes." Gerard said leading Cordelia futher into the park.

"Gerard," she started. "Where are we going?"

"You'll see," He replied. "It's a surprise. Keep your eyes closed."

Cordelia wanted to know what it was so badly. Could it be something that can hurt her? Or something that she'll love?

They were walking for about 10 minutes. Gerard was standing behind her, leading her to their desired destination. She can feel his arms wrap around her, hugging her.

"We're almost there." Gerard whispered in her ear, softly pecking her neck.

Cordelia felt Gerard stop behind her though her eyes were still shut. She felt his hands touch her shoulder, giving her the signal to stop.

"Gerard," she started. "Are we there yet?"

"Yes," he said. "Just keep your eyes closed for one more second."

Cordelia felt his hands leave her shoulders. Gerard moved his hands across her back and stepped in front of her. She heard little movements in front of her. Oh, how she was tempted to open her eyes.

"Okay," Gerard whispered to her. "Open your eyes."

"Oh, Gerard," she gasped. "It's so beautiful."

"Let's get her off the ground." Gerard said pulling Cordelia up from the floor. Cordelia's head gently lied on Gerards chest.

"Awww, they look so cute!" Adam said.

"Yeah, so cute.."Rose said sarcasticly.

"Umm, why don't we get outta here and go somewhere else." Gerard suggested, lifting Cordelia into his arms.

"Where?" Rose asked.

"The park? Is that okay with you?"

Rose nodded and they headed to Gerards car. Rose hesitated as they approached the car.

"Don't worry, Rose. I won't do anything this time. I promise." Gerard reassured her.

"Is she still unconence(sp?)?" Adam asked.

"Yup, you drive Adam." Gerard said.

"Fine." Adam sighed.

Halfway to the park, Cordelia awoke, startled.

"What happened?" She asked.

"Well, you saw Adam and fainted." Rose said.

"Oh, hi Adam...my head hurts." Cordelia said in a groggy voice, sinking her head deeper into Gerards chest.

"Um, hello?" Adam laughed.

"Where are we going?" Cordelia said, lift ing her head and looking at Adam, then Gerard, then Adam again. "I must be out of it."

"Why?" Gerad asked.

"Because he," she said pointing at Adam. " He looks like Adam lazzara."

"He is Adam Lazzara." Gerard answered.

"Oh...how do you know Adam Lazzara?" Cordelia asked Gerard.

"I have a band...I met Adam at a concert."

"Oh, that's cool."

After that, they rode the rest of the time in total silence. They arrived and it was almost dark.

"I have another suprise for you." Gerard smiled as Cordelia as they got out of the car.

"Johnny Depp?" Cordelia said.

"No, something better."

"What about Adam and Rose?"

"They can do whatever."

"But...I.." Cordelia started.

"Come on...I won't hurt you. I promise." Gerard

It took the girls about 10 minutes to get from one mall to another. They had walked up to the third level of the mall and began searching for Hot Topic. It had only taken them an extra 10 minutes to find it.

"Okay, let's go." Rose said heading into the store with Cordelia.

"I don't see him." Cordelia said looking around for Gerard.

"Oh my God!" Rose blurted out.

"What?" Cordelia asked.

"Oh my, oh my...oh, oh my God!"

"What??" Cordelia shouted.

"It's, it's...It's Adam Lazzara!!!" Rose gasped as Adam turned around, exposing Gerard who stood behind him.

Gerard have been talking to Adam and happened to point in the girls' direction. Adam waved at them

And, Cordelia fainted.

Adam walked up to to them and stared at Cordelia.

"Is she alright?" Adam asked.

"Well...yes. But itt doesn't mean I'm going too." Cordelia replied.

Cordelia was wearing tight black pants with a studded belt, Taking Back Sunday t shirt, chucks, and a grey hoodie. She put on black eyeshadow, mascara, and blue eyeliner with a hot pink lipgloss. Cordelia clipped her hair back into a pony tail.

"I think they might be expecting you to wear that dress Gerard gave you." Rose commented.

"Well, then they should expect the unexpected. Now, come on. We've gotta go."

The drove off into town which took them about 25 minutes. The girls parked in front of Coldstone Creamery.

"I don't see them. Maybe we're early." Rose said.

"Let's get some ice cream then. It's kinda hot in here." Cordelia replied opening the car door.

"Hey, Cordelia," Rose said pulling something off a beam. "It's for you."

"What is it?" Cordelia asked.

"A rose and a note."

"What does the note say?"

"It says:

Cordelia and Rose, there is a slight change in plans. Meet us at the mall. In the store called Hot Topic. I have a surprise for you.

Cordelia went up to the room that Rose set up for her. It was a lovely room, ordinary and no emotion or creativity, but it was nice.

Cordelia set her things down by the bedside and stared out the window across from it. Rose came in with extra blankets and sheets.

"I'll be in the room down the hall if you need anything," Rose started. "I'm sorry he's doing this to you again."

Rose sat beside her and hugged her.

"Thanks..." Cordelia said.

"You should get some sleep, okay?"

"Yeah, I will."

Rose left the room, closing the door behind her. Cordelia changed into her pajamas, and brushed her hair. She realized that she left the necklace in the drawer at Phoebe's house.

Cordelia turned out the lights and climbed into bed. She stared at the ceiling above her and asked God why he put her through so much emotional pain. Shortly after, sleep slowly washed over her.

Cordelia awoke about3:30 that morning finding that someone was standing above her. Cordelia screamed and fell off the side of the bed.

"Shhh!" he said. "Be quite! My God you're noisy!"

"Mikey?" Cordelia said surprised.

"Yeah, it's me." Mikey said pulling Cordelia up.

"I was expecting someone else to be standing in my room at night." Cordelia remarked.

"Actually, it's morning." Mikey corrected.

"Whatever," Cordelia said. "How did you know I was here?"

"I have my ways, but thats not important..."

"Then , what is?"

"Gerard's here too. He said that he wants to meet you in town tomorrow.At the local strip mall." Mikey replied.

"And how does he know that I'll show?" Cordelia questioned.

"Curiousity."

"And he sent you to tell me this, why?"

"I don't know, he just did." Mikey said.

"What if I don't wanna go tomorrow?" Cordelia asked.

"You ask too many questions," Mikey said climbing through the window. He turned his head to face her. "Oh, and if you're gonna bring any of your friends, make sure they're dressed nice."

Cordelia sighed and closed the window after he climbed down. She locked it and headed towards Roses room.

"Rose? Are you awake?" she whispered.

"No, I'm sleeping. Go away." Rose replied half asleep.

"Rose, we have to go somewhere tomorrow."
